Creamy Cilantro Lime Dressing

Servings: 6 Total Time: 10 mins Difficulty: Beginner
As long as cilantro doesn’t take like soap to you, you should love this versatile recipe. It’s delicious as a salad dressing over mixed greens and cubed avocado, tossed with a bag of broccoli slaw for a quick side dish, or even on its own as a dipping sauce for crudités.

How exciting…my first video ever made! I won’t be winning any awards with this one, but it was fun to finally get behind my camera and then figure out how to make and edit videos (spoiler alert – it’s not easy).

It turns out this recipe is even better when sweetened just a bit with honey. I realized that after making this video and can’t bring myself to go back and redo it. The good news is, if you are avoiding sugars in your diet (or don’t read this), it’s still absolutely delicious without the dash of sweetness.

Description

I love the versatility of this recipe. Want it thicker? Go ahead and add more Greek yogurt. Need to thin it out? A splash of filtered water will do the trick. Looking to spice it up? Throw in a seeded jalapeño along with the shallot and garlic. This is a tough recipe to mess up, so go ahead and play around a bit.
