
A favorite thing of mine....DIP! First off, it's a way to use those chip 'n dip platters you have stored away in some cupboard. Second, a dip is fun! Guests can pick and choose their vessel of choice - carrot stick, pita chip, bell pepper?! - and however much dip they'd like to accompany. Dips are a win-win in my book.
A bonus with this recipe is the veggies used in the dip are also perfect to serve alongside. Add bagel chips, sliced baguette, or crackers for your carbivores and everyone's happy.
Using a handheld mixer, beat the softened cream cheese and sour cream on high speed until very well combined and slightly fluffy.
Add the everything bagel seasoning, salt, and pepper and beat until combined.
Using a spoon, stir in the vegetables until combined. Taste and adjust seasoning.
Serve with bagel chips or crudités.
This dip will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
